Transcript of the Meeting between the ICT Board, BPO Industry and the Kenyan Diaspora in New York City
This doc should be on the ICT board’s site, which I’m guessing is this one, but there is no site to begin with but some google partner page(huh?).
Looks like the site is now showing but this doc is not up there yet.
Some key things about the transcript:
- It gives a brief history of the Kenya ICT Board, its composition and what it does. The board has five programmes currently: E-government, digital villages, infrastructure, content(of which there has been a lot of talk(!) on skunkworks) and finally BPO which was the focus of the meeting.
- Nik Nesbitt of Kencall fame shares his experiences.
