First of all, he needs to form a company, and get worldwide patents.If he does not establish intellectual property rights, he will soon see someone else making millions of dollars a year from his work while he is still running around Mombassa in his baggy jeans. He is a potential multi-millionaire . HE HAS TO GET A LAWYER STRAIGHT AWAY.Even if he does not have one shilling to his name, there must be a good lawyer who will work for him in the expectation of being paid later.He could raise funds by selling shares in the company whilst retaining a large , controlling part of the equity.
